[sakai-mobile] Latest code and contributing to the project

Hi Jeremy,

As modules are complete, they are being committed to trunk. Phase 1 is
being tracked here:
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-23352

You can see the completed modules.

The rest of those should be complete by the end of the month.
