[Building Sakai] ANI Sakai 10.2.1 Build Failure

Greetings,

So I attempted to build the latest ANI Sakai CLE 10.2.1,
https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/msub/rsmart.com/sakai/tags/10.2.1.0,
and am experiencing the following:

Has anyone else experienced this? Is that .jar available in a different
repo?
