[Building Sakai] Sakai 10.3 Issue

Hi:

We have recently upgraded Sakai from 2.9.2 to 10.3. We are having following issues.


1.       Grading student's assignment issue: Any comments we put in "Assignment Submission" box are not saved.



2.       Announcement issue: When we make announcement, the announcement notification does not contain the message content:

Here is an example (notification is sent, but it does not have message content)

"An announcement has been added in the "xxxxxxx" site at (https://xxxxx/portal/site/f8196cce-b8ce-4244-b9fb-eea61e55f940) at Mar 19, 2015 3:08 pm "

Any ideas?
