[Building Sakai] The PDA Portal, XSL Portal, and Neo Portal are no longer in Trunk

Diego,

We will find and fix lots of these cosmetic things that were missed over the next few months.  It is why we switched it to default and deleted all of the obsolete code - so we can see and fix all the little things without tripping over the old code.
