[Building Sakai] LTI and Sakai groups (or sections)

No - This is not part of the standard.   There are some extensions - but we do not have an extension for this.

There is a standard service emerging in LTI 2.x that does membership that is moving toward final draft.  Once that spec is closer to final we will be adding that service to Sakai.
