[Building Sakai] Sakai 10 Bulding Error

The maven command I'm using is


mvn clean install sakai:deploy -Dmaven.tomcat.home=/pathto/tomcathome 
-Dsakai.home=/pathto/tomcathome/sakai -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true


I've try it several times, so, I've use other commands to, like:

     - mvn clean install sakai:deploy -Dmaven.test.skip=true flag
     - mvn clean install sakai:deploy

Of course, I thought  that the test were the problem, if I skip them, 
the building process works fine, but Sakai don't works later on the server.
Also, I've try with 10.2 and 10.4 and both of them have the same error. 
I think is not a versión related issue.

Thank you for the help, I'm really desperate.
