[Building Sakai] Sakai 10 Bulding Error

Use Java JDK 1.7.0_76, there is a known bug in_075.

What are you using to build, as in what's the maven command?

My understanding is that the tests are broken, >_<, so you should build
with the -Dmaven.test.skip=true flag.

Also, why are you using the 10.2 release instead of the 10.4?
