[Building Sakai] how to use web service for course site

Hello ,
 
I have deployed sakai lms locally and I can access/fetch through PHP some basic function like getsitetitle, addnewuser, removeuser. Now I want to be access/fetch all module in course site like lesson, all media. Please help me for that.
