[Building Sakai] Help in creating Course Management sample data

Hi Ahmed,

Have you tried launching sakai with -Dsakai.demo=true  ?

Then you have access to instructor, instructor1, instructor2 and
student0001 through student0499 (or something like that) and pre-populated
course rosters.  Password for all of these is sakai.
