[Building Sakai] Query on Morephus skin

Hi thanks for all your suggestions on this great feature of Morpheus.I
really anxiety about this feature.Most probably i used to work on sakai
2.9.3 and 2.9.5.We are not yet decided to migrate.So i tried to back port
and if anyone explain at least basic steps it would be great help for me.I
know it is bit difficult but i have few questions to get clarity on Morpheus

Is Morpheus effected to all the tools?

If it is effected to all the tools then what are the effected portal code
changes(at least file names).
