[Building Sakai] sakai 2.9 extra credit column

Extra Credit wasn't added to Sakai's GB1 until Sakai 10 [1]  Also, are you
using GB2 (it looks like a spreadsheet with drop down menus)? If so, then
I'm not familiar enough with that tool to give you an answer.
