[Building Sakai] SAKAI 10.4

[Neal Caidin]

Is this expected behavior or a "bug" in how the 10.4 tag was created?

FYI, I compiled and ran pack-demo without a problem.

mvn install -P pack-demo
then I just do a small configuration to make it work with a local MySql
instance.
