[Building Sakai] trunk startup problems

I'm experiencing some issues running up the latest trunk, specifically:
Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: class path resource
[org/sakaiproject/memory/api/ehcache.xml] cannot be opened because it does
not exist

I've rebuilt and cleaned out Tomcat, has there been a recent change that
has broken something or is my environment borked?
