[Building Sakai] Attention all contrib committers

To facilitate the gradual migration of projects from contrib to github, the
following page has been created to collect the details of Sakai contrib
committers that do not have an SVN to github mapping:

Could anyone that has contributed to contrib that has not already provided
their details for the trunk  migration please review that page so that we
can preserve your commit contributions.
Note it is only setup for the evaluation project. If your name doesn't
appear on the trunk list (linked on that page) then please add it.
