[Building Sakai] Softly Deleted Sites

Hi, we're running Sakai 2.9.3 and have our sites setup to softly delete.  The only problem is, they don't seem to be deleting after the 30 day mark.  I did some research and it looks like a quartz job is supposed to be setup to purge them, but it's not an option in the drop down.  Any ideas on how I can get our sites to be purged?
