[Building Sakai] Lessons Tool

Hi Leon,

My understanding is that Sakai 10 and earlier in general do not work well
with multiple tabs and it can cause some major problems.

I'm not sure if the removal of iFrames in Sakai 11 will remedy this issue
or if it will still be ill advised.
