[Building Sakai] Cache is not alive exception

Hi all,

I cloned github, and setup Java and the tomcat server according to
specifications. I followed the instructions for maven build and maven
deploy and all runs smoothly.

I also completed the tomcat startup, such that I am able to visit the
/portal page. Visually, and functionally the site seems to be broken after
this point. Here's a link for my catalina.out log file although only the
later section might be interesting.

Maybe someone has seen this error before.
