[Building Sakai] SAKAI 10 Tests Import

Hello!

I have problem with import of tests in Sakai.

I made export in Sakai 10 and tried to import this test also in Sakai 10.

There is an Error message

There was an error importing this assessment. Ensure that the file is
correctly formatted IMS QTI.

But I can import the same file in Sakai 2.9.

What is wrong?
