If you would like the student to retake the assessment, the instructor or admin can follow the steps below:

1)  Access the scores page on the published assessment in which the student(s) need to retake the assessment
2)  Click on 'Submission Status'
3)  Click 'Allow retake?' next to the student that needs to take the exam again

If allow retake is not present, it may be due to the exam allowing unlimited submissions or someone already clicked allow retake.
