[Building Sakai] Installations of different kinds of datepickers

We were recently debugging a problem with the datepicker in assignments and I came across the fact that Sakai uses 3 different types of datepickers. 


IMHO, not only is this very hard to debug since we would be dealing with totally different systems, it is also very annoying to this user since they would have a different UI for each time they want to pick a date. 

I think it would be in the best interest of not only the developers and admins of Sakai but also to the user if we were able to settle on one type of date picker across Sakai. Other than perhaps Gradebook2 which is Google AWT, I do not see a need for multiple types across Sakai.
