[Building Sakai] Resources tool -edit content tab gone

Hello All,

I have a very strange issue on the Resources tool.
It sounds like very stupid but I found "Edit Content" tab under Actions of
the Resource tool is gone this morning. Can anybody have the similar issue
on Sakai 2.9.3?
