[Building Sakai] "pom" in <version> tags?

Hi everyone,

In the pom.xml files for Etudes' JForum, Melete, and Mneme tools, the
<version> tags use "pom" instead of a version number (instead of 2.9.11 for
JForum, 2.9.5 for Melete, and 2.1.29 for Mneme).

Is there a reason why "pom" is used? I succeeded in compiling Sakai on a
brand new system after I changed "pom" to version numbers for these tools.
