[Building Sakai] 8 AM build of trunk on http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org has failed

Yeah, we noticed. I think it might be a problem with the older version of
maven that's using to build (3.0.5 verses the newer 3.2.3). I've seen
errors related to (random peer not authenticate errors) this on the
Sonatype jira which seem to be fixed by upgrading maven. [1] I put in an
infrastructure ticket since I am unable to do that, only someone at IU can
install a newer veresion of maven. Most likely the build will succeed at
noon.
