[Building Sakai] Sakai HTML validation

Hi Subscribers,

Does Sakai 10 include some HTML validation on execution time?

When i try to execute some uploaded HTML content appears an error like this:

The same content works perfectly in Sakai 2.9.3, and works perfectly in 
Sakai 10 changing the DOCTYPE at the beginning of the HTML.

Does not work:  <!DOCTYPE html SYSTEM "about:legacy-compat">
Works perfect:  <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" 
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">

More info, the HTML works perfect executing directly in Tomcat and other 
CMS/FTP.

AFAIK this issue has not relation with AntiSamy, tested with AntiSamy ON 
and OFF.
