[Building Sakai] Portal Chat error message

This is a good tip Adrian. I had seen this occasionally too locally and
just ignored the error. It seems like in a typical Sakai production install
you can also just disable the IPv6 addresses completely on the internal
network, which seems like it should get a java app to work more reliably.

My ISP (like most? http://test-ipv6.com/faq_no_ipv6.html) isn't even
assigning my an IPv6 at all yet anyway.
