[Building Sakai] Sakai 10.1 & 10.2 build failure

Hi Sam

I have no issues with my Sakai installations. As I mentioned, I helped my
colleague with new 10.1 and 10.2 checkouts.

Here are his versions as requested:

Apache Maven 3.2.3 (33f8c3e1027c3ddde99d3cdebad2656a31e8fdf4;
2014-08-11T22:58:10+02:00)

Maven home: c:\opt\apache-maven-3.2.3\bin\..

Java version: 1.8.0_20, vendor: Oracle Corporation

Java home: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_20\jre

Default locale: en_GB, platform encoding: Cp1252
OS name: "windows 7", version: "6.1", arch: "x86", family: "dos"

I have run the build/deploy cmd on both the courier & presence directories
and I keep on getting the same issue.
