[Building Sakai] Content.quota exceeded, causes connection reset browser error (Sakai 10.1)

Hi Francois,

The properties you mentioned do not affect the quota size for an Assignment
upload.

They are quota limits for resources in those site types (project, course).

Maybe check the size on the db? max_allowed_packet = 20M
