[Building Sakai] TurnItIn acting slow?

Hi All,

Does anyone else have problems with TurnItIn in the past several days? The
loading time for assignments with TurnItIn enabled is unbearably long in
our instance. Since we haven't made any changes to our instance recently,
I'm wondering whether anyone else experienced the same problem.
