[Building Sakai] QA10 server

Hi Adam,

We have this one at Murcia: http://sakai-test.atica.um.es/portal

We use it to test our patches against 10 but right now its a 10.x 
without any patches so, feel free to use it. It works with demo users or 
you can create your own accounts.
