[Building Sakai] Sakai tool development

Hello,

I created Skin Changing tool by changing portal.css file content using
Apache wicket. It is working fine. But i am not sure this is correct way to
develop application in Sakai. Do you have any other idea how to change
Sakai skin programatically?
