[Building Sakai] Assignment tool Missing assignment after extension of submission

Hello Francois,

I have not seen a case where grading submissions caused an assignment to go
missing.  Some clues to what caused the assignments to go missing may be
found in the event history of the site.  You may see
'asn.delete.assignment' which would mean the assignment was accidentally
deleted.  If the delete event is not present, do you see any asn events
besides asn.grade.submission?
