[Building Sakai] Hide EID in forums

humm, i will test the current functionality and complete the
documentation at the default configuration.
Update old posts at startup is a good idea for anonymous posting.
In fact, we want to hide the EID just from UI...it's how profile2 and
other tools does. As far as i remember, i configured "msg.displayEid"
property in the past and worked fine, will test in depth and complete
the documentation.
