[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.9.3 incoming email does not work

There is your error.  If I want to send email to someone at example.edu, my
local mail server will look up the DNS MX record for example.edu.  You
don't have an MX record set for your test domain so the mail server has no
idea where to direct the mail.
