[Building Sakai] error in building sakai-10-qa05 tag

I'm also not seeing any problems building qa05 using the basic instructions
from Confluence (
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=69273746).

I cleaned out my Maven repo to be sure:

svn co https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/tags/sakai-10-qa05/
cd sakai-10-qa05/
cd master/
mvn clean install
cd ../
mvn -Dmaven.tomcat.home=/tmp/qa10 clean install sakai:deploy
