[Building Sakai] error in building sakai-10-qa05 tag

I'm not sure what you mean by pack-demo.  Could you supply me with a url 
that I cvan check out
of svn ?  I tried to look at the issue (SAK-25946) on trunk, but direct 
access to quizzes simply crashes with
