[Building Sakai] Restoring Softly Deleted Sites

Matthew,

As a contribution to the list server.  I could not find the site in the
Sites tool by using the title.  I needed to search for the site using the
siteID.  Using the site ID I could find the softly deleted site and change
that setting.
