[Building Sakai] Resources tool on nightly looks broken!

I made those merges yesterday. I've seen the problems and I have been
trying to reproduce it since yesterday...

But a fresh checkout of sakai trunk works for me. I tried hsql, and Oracle
with auto.ddl=true.
