[Building Sakai] Procedure for investigating missing Samigo submission?

I know that at Rutgers we have an export option that saves the data for EACH question. No matter what happens during the test, it somehow gets recorded. I'll see if I can find out more about it tomorrow.

Occasionally we get a student saying that they're certain they submitted answers for an assessment in samigo, but the system has no record of it. Does anyone have tips for looking further into this? At some point you just have to say there's nothing found, but what kinds of effort would you put in prior to that?
