[Building Sakai] Sakai 10.0-RC02 released and need a "smoke test" for final release

Hi all,

I tried to install 10-rc02 yesterday, and found it cannot be built
successfully without some modification.

1. uk.org.ponder.sakairsf:sakairsf:jar:0.8.0-SNAPSHOT depends on
org.sakaiproject:master:pom:11-SNAPSHOT
After changing the dependency version to 10-SNAPSHOT, fixed.

2. Some tools depends on
uk.org.ponder.rsfutil:RSFComponents-templates:war:0.8.1-SNAPSHOT
After changing the dependency version to 0.8.0-SNAPSHOT, fixed.

I report this bug as SAK-26332. May be a stable version of RSF should be
released before Sakai 10?

Cheers,
Gao Jun
