[Building Sakai] My Workspace unavailable

Hi Jeremy,

I sounds like to me that at one point the EID might haven been a USER_ID. I
would definitely check the SAKAI_USER_ID_MAP table to make sure it is
correct and corresponds with SAKAI_USER.

Unless you are using alias /site/~{EID} should produce a site unavailable.
