[Building Sakai] Evaluation tool.

What is the easiest way to install and use the course evaluation tool?

Are there binary drop-ins, or does one have to do a make (maven) from source code?

And in the latter case, can that make be installed into a binary installation, or does one have to do a complete local build?

The ReadMe on the contrib/evaluation says that it is compatible with releases up to 2.8.x; does that have some impact on 2.9 & 2.10 installs?
