[Building Sakai] Samigo blocker - need QA on fix

Hey all,

It looks like a good fix to me for :

https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAM-2176 - Answers are mis-aligned 
when reviewing a students multiple choice quiz.

But before clicking on the "Tested" button, it would be good to get a 
few more eyes on this. In particular, I tested with exactly one multiple 
choice question, that uses the default of 4 possible responses with one 
correct answer.

It might be good to test around the edges:
* Test with one multiple choice with more than 4 possible responses
* Test with one multiple choice with less than 4 possible responses
* Test with more than one question type on a test
* Test with several multiple choice questions on a test

Might be a little overkill, but hopefully you see what I mean.
