[Building Sakai] Requesting for help about Gradebook2 tool loading issue in IE8

Hello,

I am trying to fix the the issue: Gradebook2  tool is not loading in
IE8(without compatibility view) when i set the property
sakai.X-UA-Compatible=IE=EmulateIE9

When I enable compatibility view this tool is loading properly even though
I set the property sakai.X-UA-Compatible=IE=EmulateIE9

Also this tool is loading properly when I disable the property
sakai.X-UA-Compatible=IE=EmulateIE9

Sakai version : 2.9.3
Gradebook2 tool : 1.9.0

I would like to request for suggestions to fix this issue.
