[Building Sakai] samigo audio recording signed jar

Hi,

I applied SAM 1837 and 1997 but I still cannot get the signed jar for
samigo.
Can anybody tell me how to fix this issue?


[root at sakaitest-tc3 samigo-audio]# jarsigner -verify
./target/samigo-audio-2.9.3.jar
jar is unsigned. (signatures missing or not parsable)
