[Building Sakai] profile2 email notification error

Hello All,

We are testing email notification of different events in Profile2 of Sakai
2.9.3.
I could receive when someone added me as a connection, and when someone
confirmed my request to be a connection. However, I could not receive an
email when someone posted to my wall.
Below is the error on the tomcat log when debug mode is set

I am wondering how to fix this issue and can anybody shed some light on
this issue?
