[Building Sakai] lessons tool SSLHandshakeException

Greetings all,

We are using Sakai 2.9.3 and Lessons tool has the broken reset and help
icon issue. So I apply LSNBLDR-277 and the broken icon issue is fixed.
However, whenever I click the "Help" icon, I get the SSLHandshakeException
(please see the attachment)
We are using CAS login. There is no code change
for SkinnableCharonPortal.java and below looks related with help button

    at org.sakaiproject.jsf.util.JsfTool.dispatch(JsfTool.java:137)
    at org.sakaiproject.tool.help.HelpJsfTool.dispatch(HelpJsfTool.java:96)
    at org.sakaiproject.jsf.util.JsfTool.doGet(JsfTool.java:241)


I am wondering whether other users might have the same issue and hope
somebody advises me how to fix this issue.
