[Building Sakai] Problem with evaluation tool

[Jeremy O'Connor]

The three Functions:

eval.assign.evaluation
eval.be.evaluated
eval.write.template

are set for the maintain Role Id.

Yet the menu items available are still incorrect.

Where in the source code could I look to see how the menu items are
generated?
