[Building Sakai] Webservice for Profile

Hi Shaun,

Are you using Profile1 or Profile2? For 2.8 you will need to write a new
web service to get the SakaiPerson for the user and then set the mobile
number and save it. If using Profile2 you can get the web service to call
the profile2 API which will do the SakaiPerson stuff for you.
