[Building Sakai] Adding video calling to portal chat

Hi all,

There's some new functionality for portal chat, written by a group mainly
based in the university of Murcia in Spain, for doing video calling. The
video calling is p2p and uses the web browser's WebRTC api. Here's the
ticket:

The work has been completed and currently exists in a portal branch:

What I'd like to do is merge this into the trunk and was wondering when
this would be possible, seeing as we are in feature freeze. Video calling
is obviously a new feature but is off by default, textual chat is unchanged.
