[Building Sakai] TurnItIn LTI tool

Apparently the whole idea of signing a contact has been dumped. The MoU that was circulated by Ian Dolphin a couple of months ago is "the agreement" with the Sakai community - I asked that very question at the TurnItIn user group a couple of weeks ago.

Regarding the latest integration code is to be found at: https://github.com/ox-it/wl-content-review2 and I've updated the wiki page (https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/TII/Home) to reflect this.

Hi Adam,

is it still necessary to sign the developer SDK contract with iParadigms? Is https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/turnitin/trunk already the code for the new API?

No news other than to say nobody has volunteered to take what we have already done forward. We think we've done 60-70% of the required work.

Unfortunately, we're in the midst of moving to Sakai 10 which will probably last until the middle of summer so we won't have any time to work on the integration I'm afraid.
